Con nada menos que 86 canciones, nos encontramos ante el repertorio más variado y extenso de toda la saga. Temazos no faltan, desde luego, ya sean de grunge, metal, rock progresivo, sureño y alternativo e incluso pop. Hay mucho y muy bueno, además de ser todas grabaciones originales entre las cuales algunas se han grabado sólo para el juego y otras son en directo. Sí, echamos en falta a los Guns, Iron Maiden, Blue Öyster Cult, Bowie y Pearl Jam (lo de Led Zep lo dejamos ya por imposible), pero se ha hecho un trabajo de licencias excelente y para todos los gustos. Todas las canciones tienen su punto; en general son muy divertidas de tocar con los instrumentos y de cantar. Evidentemente, la música es algo muy personal, pero a nosotros nos han convencido con cantidad y calidad. No faltarán contenidos descargables que amplíen el repertorio de “Partida rápida”, como los últimos discos de Metallica y Oasis y paquetes de canciones de los Smashing, por ejemplo. Esperemos que se haga mejor que con Legends of Rock, pero visto lo anunciado no podemos evitar el optimismo.
