Major Nelson acaba de publicar una de sus habituales listas de los juegos más jugados, pero esta vez es un poco diferente. Esta lista ordena los juegos por gamertags conectados, independientemente de que hayan estado jugando online o no, teniendo en cuenta también las cuentas Silver. Por tanto, se puede considerar que a efectos estadísticos, estos son los juegos más jugados en Xbox 360 entre el 1 de enero de 2006 y el 29 de diciembre de 2006.

Es bastante significativo ver a Gears of War encabezando el ránking, habiendo tenido sólo dos meses para ello.
